The Mystic Truth is

Wisdom
Perfection
The Inseparable relationship between
life and all phenomena
The Ultimate Reality or True Entity of all Life
On Attaining Buddhahood
- Issho Jobutsu Sho -
If you wish to
free yourself from the sufferings of birth and death you have endured through
eternity and attain supreme enlightenment in this lifetime, you must awaken to
the mystic truth which has always been within your life. This truth is Myoho-renge-kyo. Chanting Myoho-renge-kyo
will therefore enable you to grasp the mystic truth within you. Myoho-renge-kyo is the king of sutras, flawless in both
letter and principle. Its words are the reality of life, and the reality of
life is the Mystic Law (Myoho). It is called the
Mystic Law because it explains the mutually inclusive relationship of life and
all phenomena. That is why this sutra is the wisdom of all Buddhas.
Nan-yueh says in his commentary:
"All living beings have within themselves the storehouse of the Dharma
body, and therefore they are in no way different from the Buddha." That is
why the Lotus Sutra says: "The pure and ordinary eyes, ears, nose, tongue,
body and mind that one received at birth from one's father and mother are also
like this.

WISDOM
The Daimoku of the Lotus Sutra
กค
Within
this single character kyo are contained all the
sutras in the entire universe. It is like the wish-granting jewel that contains
within it all manner of treasures, or the vastness of space that encompasses
all phenomena. And because this single character kyo
of Myoho-renge-kyo is the supreme achievement of the
Buddha's lifetime of teaching, the other four characters, Myo-ho-ren-ge,
likewise surpass all the other eighty thousand doctrines that the Buddha taught
PERFECTION
The Daimoku of the Lotus Sutra
The character myo is rendered
in Sanskrit by the word sad, and in Chinese is pronounced miao. Myo means "fully
endowed, " which in turn has the meaning of
"perfection." Each word and each character of the Lotus Sutra
contains within it all the 69, 384 characters that compose the sutra. To
illustrate, one drop of the great ocean contains within it the waters of all
the various rivers that flow into the ocean, and the wish-granting jewel, though
no bigger than a mustard seed, is capable of showering
down all the treasures that one could wish for.

A new scientific worldview from a
living-systems perspective
Our culture is
deeply engaged in sadomasochism - understood here as the haves lording over the
have-nots. How so? Let's take contemporary capitalism and the world
distribution of wealth and power as an example: In the 1960s, the overall
income of the richest 20 percent of the world's population was thirty times
that of the poorest 20 percent. Today, it is 224 times larger! In the 1960s, the
richest 20 percent held 70 percent of the world's revenues; in 1999 it was 85
percent. Today the income of the richest 225 people in the world is equal to
the income of 3 billion poor people. The income of the three richest people in
the world is equal to the collective national incomes of the poorest forty-nine
countries! It would take no more than 5 per cent of the overall annual sales of
arms in the world to feed all the starving children, to protect them from dying
of preventable diseases, and to make basic education accessible to all

This is indeed about about the nature of the
old Paradigm which by its very nature of denial and entrenchmenmt
in rigid more inflexible ways is destroying itself from within. The vast inequiities on the planet, the archaic fossilised
economic system which depends on infinite resources, the monotheistic
programming for Deux ex Machina
the addiction to survival of the fittest and sensationalism wrapped around an
addiction to death are hopefully coming to some kind of epiphany as people recognise the
sheer uselessness of this anomic way of existence!!
The
loss of Resources
We are
surrounded by delusion and suffering in this World of diminishing resources
where billions exist in poverty and very poor health. We are surrounded by a
crisis of melting Ice Caps, Terrorism and the tremendous loss of Biodiversity.
Nations compete with each other for economic power and consumerism and greed is
rampant! There is enormous inequity and very few think of the suffering peoples
of the World or the loss of the living Environment.
The biggest
innovation we need is a completely new
scientific worldview from a living-systems perspective. A biology-based
model of a living universe shows self-organized and self-regulated holarchies (self-contained systems which are
interdependently embedded in each other, such as a cell, an organism, a family,
or an ecosystem). Gravity and radiation, entropy and syntropy,
are in cyclic balance, just as are anabolism and catabolism - the buildup and
breakdown/recycling of living tissue. It's a beautiful, elegant universe. Yet
it's difficult to change a scientific worldview - the old guard can't afford to
understand and acknowledge the well-researched information that will turn their
whole worldview over. It's like expecting a caterpillar to be enthusiastic
about dissolving so that a butterfly can form!

FREEING
OURSELVES FROM THE MATRIX OF DELUSION
How sad, how lamentable it is! From the beginningless
past, we have been drunk on the wine of ignorance, reborn again and again in
the six paths of existence and the four forms of birth. We go astray as though
we had the eyes of sheep; we are as ignorant as though we had the eyes of
wolves. We do not know our past relationship with the mother who gave us birth,
and we are unaware when we ourselves will succumb to death.
And
yet we have obtained birth in the human world, something difficult to achieve, and
have encountered the sacred teachings of the Buddha, which are rarely to be
met. We are like the one-eyed turtle finding a floating log with a hole in it
that fits him exactly. How regrettable it would be, then, if we did not take
this opportunity to sever the bonds of birth and death, making no attempt to
free ourselves from the cage of the threefold world
Conversation between a
Sage and an Unenlightened Man -Nichiren Daishonin
The
changing nature of all phenomena , the interdependence of all things, the
elegance and perfection inherent in the Universe is eminently described in The
Buddhism of the mystic Law by the Buddha Nichiren Dai
Shonin ( Nichi is SUN, Ren is Lotus Dai is Great and Shonin
is Master )
.
A Better World

A Better World would recognize the living nature of the Universe, the fact that everything is interconnected and
maintains itself at the expense of everything else, A better World would
respect the sanctity and dignity of all life. It would seek for universal human
values and principles and enhance cooperation amongst all Nations to solve Humanities`
problems
What we have here is a short cut to the unrivalled jewel of expression
of the universe itself as a self referential system in which the Human being
participates in a journey of exploration --the last frontier- into the depths
of his or her heart conjoined to the heart of the Universe. This is an
expression of the individual as an entity or particle at the same time being a
wave form , (Like the paradox of light itself)
The fusion with the Ikons of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo
like the Ikons on a Computer Screen entrains the
brain and Being to a new mode of thinking and widom
and compassion. The individual breaks through the egg shell of ignorance into
the ocean of enlightenmnet of the living universe.
The experience is most vivid when the individual is locked on the Sar Gate Way
of The Dai Gohonzon in Taisekiji
at the foot of Mount Fuji
in Japan. The Dai gohonzon is guarded by the Priesthood of the Hokeko whoh have been chanting
for World Peace every morning between 2am
and 4 am for the past 750
years
However, life itself is the most precious of all treasures. Even the treasures of the entire
universe cannot equal the value of a single human life. Life is like a lamp, and
food like oil. When the oil is gone, the flame will die out, and without food, life
will cease."
